Signed Morris and dated 1937. Probably Phillip K. Morris, a Baltimore pictorialist in the school of A. Aubrey Bodine who, like Bodine, worked in the 1930s and 1940s. An attractive pictorialist study of a two-masted boat native to Chesapeake waters.
